Creative Movement

Ages 2-3 Creative Movement is a 45-minute class designed to expand dance-related motor skills for ages 2-3 by developing coordination and self-expression through simple dance movement and music. Dancers participate in a beautiful end of year performance. 

Ballet & Tap Combo Class

Ages 3-5 This fun-filled 45-minute class is designed to introduce students to ballet and tap with an age-appropriate method of instruction. Our program fosters gross motor development, listening skills, coordination, balance, socialization, discipline, and musicality. The class is structured to introduce the beginning disciplines and principles of dance and dance technique. Dancers participate in a beautiful end of year performance. 

Hippity Hop

Ages 3-5 This 45-minute class is a fun dance form focusing on the current funky street style of dance for our youngest hip-hoppers. The dancer will learn cool routines demonstrating style and rhythm. Hippity Hop classes are age-appropriate and music is carefully selected. Dancers participate in a fun end of year performance. 

Ballet & Tap Combo Class

Ages 5 – 8 This fun-filled 1-hour class is designed to introduce students to ballet and tap with an age-appropriate method of instruction. Our program fosters gross motor development, listening skills, coordination, balance, socialization, discipline, and musicality. The class is structured to introduce the beginning disciplines of dance. Dancers participate in a beautiful end of year performance.

Jazz Ages 8+up Dancers warm-up center floor and progress in the stylized movements of jazz with across the floor combinations. Body isolations, stretch, technique, and flexibility are all part of this program. Dancers learn rhythm, musicality, and presentation while gaining awareness of correct body placement. Dancers participate in a beautiful, high energy, fun, end of year performance.

Tap Ages 8+up Tap dance is a form of dance characterized by using the sound of one’s tap shoes hitting the floor as a percussive instrument. As such, it is also commonly considered to be a form of music. Two major variations of tap dance exist rhythm (Jazz) tap and Broadway tap. Broadway tap focuses more on the dance. It is widely performed as a part of musical theater. The rhythm tap focuses more on musicality. The sound is made by shoes with a metal “tap” on the heel and toe. A fun and rewarding style of dance for all ages. Dancers participate in a beautiful end of year performance.

Musical Theater Ages 8+up This class is for students who love to sing and dance. Dancers will work on reads pulled from commercials and scripts. The dancer will learn fun routines to songs from Broadway Shows and Musicals. Dancers will perform in an awesome end of the year performance.

Boys Crew Hip Hop This dance form focuses on the current funky street style of dance. The dancer will learn high-energy routines demonstrating style and rhythm. All of our hip-hop classes are age-appropriate and music is carefully selected for each class. The boy’s crew performs in our end of year performance!

Ballet Ages 7+up

Ballet is the most beneficial form of dance for body placement and is the best foundation for all other dance forms. We do not require all students to take ballet; however, we highly recommend this very important instruction if any student wishes to improve technique and move on to more advanced levels of dance. Dancers participate in a beautiful end of year performance.

Hip Hop/Jazz Ages 6 +up

This dance form focuses on the current funky street style of dance. The dancer will learn high-energy routines demonstrating style and rhythm. All of our hip-hop classes are age-appropriate and music is carefully selected for each class. Dancers participate in a beautiful end of year performance.

Competition Dance Ages 6 +up

Competitive dance dancers compete by performing dances in a number of permitted dance styles like tap, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, acro, hip-hop, modern etc. before a common group of judges. This is a very popular and widespread event across the globe.
